Warm Red Potato Salad with Apple Cider Vingar, Carraway Seeds, and Chocolate Mint
Five Red Potatoes, boiled till fork tender
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Carraway Seeds
Lots of chopped Choclate mint
